- Take exit #81 for US-321 S toward Lenoir City
- Turn right onto US-321 N
- Turn right onto Bill Smith Road (next to Matlock Tire)

From Loudon, TN:
- Follow Grove St to US-11 N/Mulberry St
- Turn right onto US-11 N Mulberry St
- Turn left onto TN-324 W/Sugarlimb Rd
- Turn right onto the Interstate 75 N ramp to Knoxville
- Merge onto I-75 N
- Take exit 81 for US-321/TN-95 toward Lenoir City/Oak Ridge
- Turn left onto US-321 N
- Turn right onto Bill Smith Road (next to Matlock Tire)

From Alcoa/Maryville, TN:
- Head North on US-321 S/W Lamar Alexander Pkwy toward Lenoir City
- Continue straight across Ft Loudon Dam to stay on US-321
- Cross over I-75
- Turn right onto Bill Smith Road (next to Matlock Tire)
- You’ve arrived at Secure Pack Storage (on your left)
From Oak Ridge, TN:
- Head west on Oak Ridge Turnpike
- Use the right lane to take the TN-95 S ramp to Lenoir City
- Continue past I-40
- Continue straight on US-321 N
- Turn left onto Bill Smith Road (just past Matlock Tire)

- Take I-140 (Pellissippi Parkway) South toward Knoxville
- Use the right 2 lanes to merge onto I-40 W/I-75 S toward Nashville/Chattanooga
